"Recently i have ordered Aptamil gold from the store and i have specifically told them i will be paying through card. At the time of delivery, they told me that their card machine is not working and whenever i visit the store please make the payment. If the card machine was not working then it was their responsibility to inform the customer before the delivery of the items. They started follow up from me for the payment and at the time of follow up the tone of the guy (pankaj) was not appropriate. I have also report this to his manager also."

If the person is in emergency situations and he has nowhere else to go then in that grave situation, your staff in this store had refused to take payment via paytm just for the sake of closing the store and maintaining the register. They have straight away denied that we will not be able to take the payment via paytm even when there was an option. This is hypocrisy and must be ended on the name of your brand and customer experience. Worst service, wish I could have an option to give zero."
